celebrating the elections win

unfloopySomeone really stupid has decided that one of the noblest residencial neighborhoods is the best place to celebrate an elections win. I've got a few hundred cars right at my door, buzzing and playing incredibly loud music, at 3 AM! Is it too soon to start campaigning for an impeachment? Stupid, stupid people.
